AI for Good New Zealand

Events

A quarterly series in Wellington for the people building, leading, and thinking about AI in Aotearoa. Three talks. One panel. Plenty of conversation.

The format

Three talks. One panel. One evening.

Every event is built around three tracks - Business, Practice, and Society - to keep the conversation grounded across perspectives. Each speaker gets 15-20 minutes, followed by a moderated panel and open networking. Free and open to everyone.

AI in Business

"Beyond the Pilot"

How organisations are moving AI from experiment to operations. Real stories from the ground - what worked, what didn't, what you'd do differently.

AI in Practice

"Building With AI"

The technical craft of putting AI to work. Architecture, model selection, integration patterns, local vs cloud. For practitioners who build things.

AI and Society

"Getting It Right"

The impact AI is having on communities, education, public services, and people. Equity, access, workforce transformation, aligned with our mission.

Want to speak?

We're always looking for 15-20 minute talks from practitioners, founders, researchers, educators, and leaders. Real experience, not product pitches. You don't need to be a polished speaker.
